The church is congregational (each member has a say in important decisions within the church).  Members elect elders to lead the church - one of whom is set aside as the pastor-teacher.  Deacons are appointed to oversee practical care within the church.  There are also a number of other posts.

The Pastor and Elders

Andrew Wigham Andrew Wigham was inducted as Yateley's pastor in September 2013.  He is married to Catherine, and they have two daughters.

Other Leaders

Peter & Wendy Fearnley oversee the youth work, and our ladies work is run by Bernice, Shirley, Rosemary & Julia.  If you have a specific enquiry for them, please pass it on via one of the elders.
